The whole story.
What I argue
A mobile product is usually assembled from three or four suppliers: an agency for design, a shop for development, a consultancy for growth. Every handover loses context, and the cost never shows up as a line item. It shows up later, as a product nobody owns.
We do all of it on one team. That is the whole argument, and more than 300 companies have taken it.
Headcount is easy to add and hard to keep good.
85 people: iOS, Android and Flutter engineers, full-stack developers, product designers, growth specialists, project managers and consultants, across Istanbul and New York. Half a million hours of development behind us.
We started in 2019, two of us: me and my business partner Destan. 50 people by early 2023, 85 now. Keeping it good is most of the job, and it is the part that does not scale.

Discovery, product strategy, UX and interface design. We decide what to build before anyone writes code, and we own that decision.
Engineering
iOS, Android, Flutter, web and backend. Built to be maintained for years, not shipped and abandoned.
Growth
Paywalls, pricing, experiments, retention and user acquisition. The part that decides whether the product earns anything.
Consulting
For teams that already have a product organisation and need the judgement of one that has shipped 600 apps.
